In BIANCO PICCOLO for milk, we balanced Arabicas from a diversity of origins stretching from China to Colombia, and Brazil to Ethiopia. Because roast parameters also impact the final coffee and milk alchemy, we performed countless trials, taking care to strike the fine balance of roast temperature and time that would develop the blend’s rich roasted notes to balance with the creamy sweetness of milk in your shorter recipes with a stronger roasted coffee taste to them.
