Fortado Decaffeinato doesn't lose its aromatic force when decaffeinated. Cocoa and oak notes still reign in this memorably intense arabica-robusta blend.

Can be perceived in the mouth at the back of the tongue.

Origins
The naturally-processed Indian robusta was our go-to choice for the foundation of this blend because of its high-end quality and unmatched intensity and full body. If you’re tasting those cocoa and oak wood notes - that’s the washed Colombian arabica we blended with the robusta.


Roasting
This Vertuo coffee is split-roasted. It gives you all that robusta intensity without any harshness. A long roast at medium temperatures brings out that intensity in the Indian robusta. We roast the arabica dark and long to develop those rich cocoa and oak wood notes.

With milk, this coffee retains its powerful character while enhancing its cocoa notes.
