DOLCE TRUFFLE CAPPUCCINO
Here is what you need
Ingredients
Dulce De Leche - 10 g
Nespresso Dark Chocolate - 1 Square
1.5% Milk - 100 ml
Nespresso Original Cocoa Truffle - 25 ml
Cocoa Powder

HOW TO MAKE IT
STEP 01 - MILK
First pour 100 ml of 1.5% milk directly into the Nespresso Barista device.
STEP 02 - BARISTA DEVICE
Close the lid, select the “Cappuccino” recipe on the device and press the start button.
STEP 03 - DULCE DE LECHE
In a cappuccino cup pour 10g of Dulce de Leche
STEP 04 - COFFEE POURING
Pour the foam of hot milk into the View Cappuccino glass and extract 25ml of Cocoa Truffle on the top.
STEP 05 - TOPPINGS
Grate a square of Nespresso dark chocolate or sprinkle 1tsp of cocoa powder on the milk foam.

Almond Syrup - 5 ml
Whipped Cream - 30 ml
Cocoa Powder - 1 Pinch
1.5% Fat Milk - 100 ml
35% Fat Cream - 100 ml
Boudoir Biscuit - 1 Unit

HOW TO MAKE IT
STEP 01 - CREAM
First, pour 100ml of 35% fat cream into your Nespresso Barista Device. Close the lid, select "Espresso Con Panna" recipe, and press start.
STEP 02 - MILK
Then, pour 100ml of 1.5% fat milk directly into the Nespresso Barista device. Close the lid and select the "Cappuccino" recipe on the device and press the start button.
STEP 03 - CHOCOLATE
Put 1 square of dark chocolate and 5ml of almond syrup in a cup.
STEP 04 - COFFEE POURING
Extract 40ml of Ispirazione Venezia over it.
STEP 05 - WHIPPED CREAM
Add the mix of whipped cream on top of the coffee.
STEP 06 - MILK FOAM & TOPPINGS
Place the hot milk foam over the cream and sprinkle cocoa powder over the top.
DULCE DE LECHE COFFEE

HOW TO MAKE IT
STEP 01 - MILK & DULCE DE LECHE
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and dulce de leche.
STEP 02 - WHISK
Whisk until dulce de leche has melted and combined with milk. Milk is heated through and foaming.
STEP 03 - MIX & ENJOY!
Pour milk mixture into Vertuo Recipe Glass. Brew the Coffee onto the mixture. Enjoy!

Milk - 200 ml

Mojito Mint® sirup - 40 ml

HOW TO MAKE IT
STEP 01 - SYRUP
Pour the 40 ml of syrup into the bottom of the recipe glass
STEP 02 - COFFEE EXTRACTION
In a milk jug, add 3 ice cubes, extract the coffee and mix gently
STEP 03 - AEROCCINO
Put 200 ml of milk in the Aeroccino and press the button for 2 seconds to activate the cold milk foam function
STEP 04 - COFFEE POURING
Carefully pour the cold milk foam into the centre of the glass with a recipe spoon and then carefully pour the coffee contents (without ice cubes) from the milk jug.

STEP 01 - LEMON
Cut a lemon into pieces and put it with the sugar into a jar and mix it together. Put the mixture into the fridge
STEP 02 - MIXING
Put one teaspoon of the mixture and one teaspoon of lemon juice into the glass
STEP 03 - COFFEE EXTRACTION
Prepare the Cosi Coffee in espresso (40 ml / 15 oz)

Fill the glass with crushed ice and carefully pour the espresso on top

STEP 01 - ICE CUBES
Put 3 ice cubes into the Nespresso Barista device.
STEP 02 - COFFEE EXTRACTION
Extract 40ml of Ispirazione Napoli and pour it into your Barista device over the ice. Close the lid and select the "Iced Nitro" recipe and press the start button.
STEP 03 - GLASS FILLING
In a glass, put 5 ice cubes and a fresh orange slice. Then, pour 50ml of tonic water and 50ml of Sanbitter into the glass.
STEP 04 - COFFEE POURING
Pour the cold coffee over it and add a sprig of rosemary.
ICED LUNGO

Too hot outside for a hot coffee?
This Iced Lungo recipe will help you get through the day. Smooth, sweet and refreshing, it's basically a coffee, but cold.

STEP 01 - ICE CUBES
First, pour water (100ml or 3.4 fl oz) into the jug up to the minimum level marking and add sugar (optional). Add the 3 Nespresso ice cubes (90g or 3.17 fl oz) into the jug
STEP 02 - COFFEE EXTRACTION
Then, brew your espresso coffee (40ml or 1.35 fl oz) with your coffee machine and pour it into the jug. Close the lid and press the start button on the device

A great classic! A blend of Espresso and milk, topped with wonderfully creamy milk foam.

STEP 01 - COFFEE EXTRACTION
Prepare your coffee in your Nespresso machine and pour the milk into the Aeroccino milk frother or steam the milk with steam nozzle.
STEP 02 - MILK
Pour the steamed milk topped with a thin layer of frothed milk on the coffee.
MACCHIATO

The right balance for this great classic! All the flavour of an exceptional coffee, its aromas blending with the velvety creaminess of milk foam. Precision is the essential ingredient!

STEP 01 - COFFEE
Prepare two Espressos (2 x 40 ml,15 oz) in a cappuccino cup and sweeten to taste
STEP 02 - MILK
Add a dash of hot milk froth prepared using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother. To give the Macchiato average mildness, the quantity of milk froth added should be about 20 ml, 0,7oz or the equivalent of a halfcup of Espresso
STEP 03 - TOPPINGS
Sprinkle chocolate flakes on the froth and enjoy!

  • All Nespresso capsules are made from aluminium and can be recycled. Bring your used capsules to one of our collection points, drop them off at your nearest Nespresso store or waste collection center, or fill your recycling bag with used capsules and give it to the mailman when they next deliver your order. By adding capsule recycling to your coffee ritual, your coffee won't only taste good, it'll feel good, too.

  • Each capsule contains high quality, specially-selected ground coffee from coffee-growing lands worldwide. We start by choosing and picking the highest quality beans.   • Each Nespresso capsule flavour is different. Strong or smooth, crisp or creamy, the world is your oyster.

  • Various scientific studies indicate that an intake of 300 to 400 mg of caffeine from all sources per day for the normally healthy adult population does not cause any adverse effects on health.

    Expressed in cups, it means 300–400 mg of caffeine typically represents 4–5 cups of Nespresso Original coffee, or 2 to 5 cups of Vertuo coffee which may vary according to blend.

    Official recommendations for pregnant and breastfeeding women are that they limit their caffeine consumption to 3 to 4 cups of Nespresso Original coffee or 1 to 4 cups of Vertuo coffee per day.

  • Yes of course, but it depends on what you're looking for. Eg: ISPIRAZIONE Palermo Kazaar is a coffee that will preserve its roasted character, in contrast with lighter coffees like Volluto for example that evolve more when prepared with milk. Intense coffees have the unique ability to retain their roasty, smokey and pleasing bitterness, even with the addition of milk. Lighter coffees, on the other hand, will develop caramel/biscuit notes when prepared with milk. For sweet experiences, you can realise creative recipes you will find on ultimate coffee creations.

  • A coffee cherry is the fruit on the coffee tree, whereas the coffee bean is inside the coffee cherry that will be roasted and ground to end up in your cup.

  • Coffee is a very versatile drink that can be consumed and prepared in many ways. Nespresso offers you a machine and coffee to give you a perfect cup of coffee, time after time. Depending on the blend you choose, you can have a very strong Italian style espresso, a larger smooth coffee, or a chocolate-flavoured coffee.
