Refurbished coffee machine

A RELOVE machine is a Nespresso machine that has been returned to Nespresso or has incurred minor damage that has been given a second life. After being returned to Nespresso, the machine is carefully assessed to see if it can be refurbished or not. If the machine can be refurbished, it will be carefully inspected, repaired*, cleaned, tested and repackaged and maintained* by our trained technicians, becoming a RELOVE machine. They all offer the same great Nespresso quality, and come with a Nespresso warranty. If the machine cannot be refurbished, we'll ensure it is disposed of to be recycled in line with local regulations and practices by a third-party.

You may return your machine within the first 14 days, exactly the same as a regular Nespresso machine. Returns are subject to the return policy here.

Yes, as with all new Nespresso machines, RELOVE machines come with the same two-year warranty.

Machines can come from different sources:
• Damaged stock (internal and external)
• Consumer returns (incl. Bring Back program), postal returns & refusals, out of warranty returns, and subscription returns)
• Demo and test machines (used and unused)
• Exchanged machines (technical and commercial)
• Loan machines
• Defect machines

To limit waste and help us in our circularity journey, you can bring back your machine to us. Your machine can be old, unused, or broken*… all of them are welcome! Give your machine another life through the RELOVE program.

* Please keep in mind that if your machine is still under warranty and needs a repair, we'll pick-up your machine, loan you a machine and repair your machine for free. Outside of warranty, flat fees may apply for the pick-up and repair process.
