We are here for you. Call us for free at 800 26 33 33 – our experts will assist you with any coffee machine issues. We also offer replacement coffee machines during repairs or pick-up of the device from your home.
We will come and pick up the device directly from you.
We will arrange a specific date and time with you over the phone when and where the courier will pick up your device
During the repair, we will lend you a replacement coffee machine for free.
Please note that the supply of coffee machines for loan is limited, and therefore it may happen that a coffee machine for loan will not be available for you. The loan does not include milk frothers and milk systems.
We will deliver the repaired device back to your door.
All repairs are covered during the two-year warranty.
