It is a new way of on-boarding and welcoming you to the world of Nespresso, with an offer for a machine of your choice at very low price. This offer comes with a 12-months or 24 months long contract: each month you will pay a fee. You can only have only one active offer. Your monthly fee becomes credit of the same amount that you can use to buy whatever Nespresso product you want and build your own coffee experience: You can use it to buy Nespresso coffees, delicious treats, cups or other accessories. You can use your credit whenever you want. It is cumulative (you donn´t need to spend it all every month!). Actually, you can use it even 1 year after the expiration of your contract.

When you sign the contract you also become member of the Nespresso. The Credit is applied, every month, upon the payment of the monthly fee, directly and automatically on your Nespresso account (you have nothing to do and you can check your credits on-line on your profile on Nespresso.com, by calling our Customer Relations Center on 0800 22 11 12, or by visiting a Boutique).

The credit is available the same day the payment is processed.

Yes, Nespresso Credits can be accumulated, you can shop whenever you want. You do not have to use up your credit every month. In addition, you can also use your credits only partially, it will still carry over. In fact, Nespresso Credit will even be valid/usable up to 12 months after the end of your 12-month or 24-month contract.

Yes, you can as long as it is during the Cooling-Off period that lasts 14 days and starts the day after the date of the reception of your machine. To cancel, please call Nespresso on 800 26 33 33 or visit a Nespresso Boutique. You will need to return the machine to us in the same state as you received it. The discounted price of the machine you paid, and not used Nespresso credits will be returned in two weeks from the date of the Coffee Subscription cancellation.

The duration of your contract is 12 or 24 months. However, if you wish to cancel before the end of the contract, and after the cooling-off period of 14 days described above, you can by calling Nespresso on 800 26 33 33 or by visiting a Nespresso Boutique:
- You will only have to pay the cancellation fee that corresponds to the Coffee Subscription that you have chosen.
- Your machine is still yours to keep
- Your remaining Nespresso Credit will still be available for you to use to buy Nespresso products for 12 months after the date of cancellation (however, you will not be entitled to a refund in cash for any monthly fee already paid)

Please, note that after the 12-month or 24-month term your subscription plan will be automatically prolonged.

You will benefit from free standard deliveries for the duration of your contract (12 months or 24 months). Please, note that there will still be a minimal order quantity of 50 capsules (5 coffee sleeves), as this is the minimum size of the packages that we use for shipping (to guarantee that the items arrive to you in good conditions). Once your contract terminates (or in case of early cancellation on your part) you will need to order at least 150 capsules (15 coffee sleeves) to benefit from free standard delivery.

One customer can subscribe to and have active only one Nespresso Coffee Subscription with machine.
