Each month you’ll receive a fixed amount of Nespresso credit that you can use to purchase coffee or accessories via Nespresso.com, by phone, or in our Nespresso Boutiques. The amount of Nespresso Credit you receive is equal to your monthly amount plus some extra credit as a little thank you for being a sub-scriber.

Your Nespresso credit goes directly into your account, and does not expire. So whether you want to treat yourself straightaway or save up for a bigger item in the future, the choice is yours. You can check your Nespresso credit balance at any time by logging on online, calling us on freephone 800 26 33 33 or visiting your nearest Nespresso Boutique.

The first monthly amount is due at the time you sign up to your Coffee Subscription by Nespresso plan. Subse-quent amount will be payable every month on the same date of the month as your subscription began.

As a unique benefit of subscribing to Coffee Subscription by Nespresso, you will receive 10% bonus for coffee purchase per month directly to your account, which can be used at any time. So if your monthly amount is 650 Kč and the bonus is 10%, you will receive a total of 715 credits on your account each month as long as you pay your monthly fee.

Your credit will be loaded to your customer´s account within one business day after the payment has been credited to our account. Should the credit still fail to appear, please contact our Nespresso customer service at 800 26 33 33 or use our contact form. We will also notify you via e-mail once the credit is being loaded. The credit status can be checked at any time directly from your Nespresso account in a “Coffee tariff” section or you can also contact our customer line or visit one of our Nespresso Boutiques.

We know you’re busy. So any unspent credit is retained on your account for 1 year after the cancellation, ready for you to use whenever you need them.

Yes, your plan lasts as long as you continue to make your monthly payments. If you decide Coffee Subscription by Nespresso is not for you then you can terminate it at any time without penalty. Simply go to the My Account/My Subscriptions section on www.Nespresso.com, contact our Customer Relationship Centre on 800 26 33 33 or visit any Nespresso Boutique. However, you will not be entitled to a refund for any monthly fees already paid at the date of termination

When you cancel your plan, your credit will remain on your account for you to use whenever you like.

In case you has not been charged for your Coffee Subscription for coffee yet, we would strongly recommend you to check:
• Your bank account and limits set for the online payments
• Whether your payment card is enabled for “MOTO” payments, payments made without the physical payment card such as online payments
• Whether the payment card is released in the Czech Republic
