Coffee subscription
If you do not yet own a Nespresso coffee machine, the Coffee subscription with a machine is an exceptional opportunity to choose a machine for just 1 Kč and use the selected monthly payment in the form of Nespresso credit to purchase coffee and other Nespresso products.

Easy order
Ordering capsules has never been easier. With the Automatic order service, you can set a regular delivery of capsules and a selection of Nespresso coffee accessories at a frequency that suits you best.
Payment
Convenient and secure payments by card, via Apple Pay and Google Pay or cash on delivery.
Credit card payment
We accept MasterCard and Visa. These payments allow you to shop instantly online at www.nespresso.com/cz using a secure SSL connection.
For security reasons, we do not store your payment card number on our servers. The card issuer may ask you to verify the payment before completing the purchase.
The provider of the payment gateway is Adyen. Payments through the payment gateway are fully secured and encrypted.
Cash on delivery
Pay on delivery when you pick up the shipment, either in cash or by credit card directly to the driver (card payment will not be possible in places with poor telephone signal, card payment must be verified directly with the driver).
Apple Pay
Pay conveniently and securely with your iPhone, iPad or Mac using Apple Pay.
If you want to use this payment method, make sure you have the Wallet app and your card added to it.
Google Pay
Quick and easy payments with Google Pay directly in your browser or on your Android device.
Google Pay payment methods are managed in your Google Account. Make sure you have your payment method configured to use this payment method.
Delivery
Pick up your order at one of our Boutiques, or choose delivery directly a point of your choice.
Free delivery when buying a coffee machine or from 150 coffee capsules.
Order a Nespresso on a weekday before 5:00 p.m. and Zásilkovna will deliver your package on the next working day.
Do you need to return the package for some reason? You can send it back to us via Zásilkovna. You will need a unique return code for this, for which please contact the Nespresso Customer Center.
Track your shipment or find a list of branches at Zásilkovna website.
Orders placed on a working day before 2:00 p.m. will be delivered the following working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following working day and then delivered the next working day.<
On the day of dispatch from our warehouse, the carrier sends an informative SMS and e-mail informing you that the order has been accepted for transport and the approximate time when it will be delivered to you.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a more detailed SMS and e-mail about the 60-minute time interval in which the shipment will be delivered.
Would you like to pick up your order in person? Use our Boutique Pick-up service. It will be ready for collection at the selected Nespresso Boutique within one hour of ordering.
You can pick up your order at any time during Nespresso Boutique opening hours without additional fees.
Orders placed during the weekend or holiday will be processed and ready for collection on the next working day.

Instructional videos
Nespresso offers manuals and instructional videos so that you can use the coffee machine to the fullest and worry-free. Simply select your model and you will find everything you need to know about your coffee machine.
Problem solving
Assistance with machines
Do you need advice on your Nespresso coffee machine to ensure it is 100% functional? We will advise you on how to properly clean, descale and program your Nespresso coffee machine, or help with problem solving.
Repair of machines
Service
If a repair is needed, we will collect the machine and provide a replacement for the duration of the repair - please check the availability of a replacement machine at free customer lines. Without additional charges if your machine is within the warranty period (2 years).
The service is available in the country where the machine was purchased. For the repair of the machine outside the warranty period, the fees according to the specified subscription apply. We will be happy to clarify the details at customer line.

Recycling
Be environmentally friendly, use our recycling program and give Nespresso capsules a new lease of life. If you add the recycling of used capsules to your coffee ritual, your coffee will not only taste good, you will feel good as well.

Just as we share our passion for coffee with you, we would also like to share our knowledge and insights about it.
At our MasterClass you will learn the basics of coffee tasting, how coffee experts they taste or how coffee can harmonize with chocolate, for example. We will give you the answer to all these and many other questions in a playful and interactive way.
