You may return your recycled bag through various channels below.

▶Boutique stores: You can return your recycled bag at the recylcle bin.
▶Online: Add 'pick up recycled bag' at the cart upon your purchase order. Delivery service will pick up your recycled bag. You may also request new recycled bag upon your purchase order for future usage.
▶Club: Call Nespresso Club or use live chat to request recycled bag collection service upon your purchase order. Delivery service will pick up your recycled bag. You may also request new recycled bag upon your purchase order for future usage.

Caffeine content will mostly depend on the coffee quantity used to extract one cup, and the amount of Robusta in the blend since Robusta contains more caffeine than Arabica. Nespresso coffee contains average 13~200mg caffeine per cup, while the average amount of caffeine in decaffeinated coffees ranges between 0-12 mg per cup.

According to EFSA, it was concluded that moderate caffeine intake of up to 400 mg per day and up to 200 mg per serving does not have any adverse effect on health for a healthy adult population. Nespresso coffee generally contains maximum 200mg caffeine per cup of coffee.

Not necessarily. The intensity of a coffee does not refer to the amount of caffeine it contains. A coffee’s intensity, as defined by Nespresso, is based on coffee's degree of roasting, its body and its bitterness. In some cases, this is achieved by adding Robusta to the blend which would also increase caffeine content. It can however also be achieved by a darker roast degree.
