From the caring hands of Peru’s smallholder farmers comes Peru Organic - an organic all- Arabica coffee from the heights of the Andes. A medium split roast keeps the coffee’s fine acidity and elegant fruit character alive and lets its aromas sing through this mild espresso’s beautiful crema.
Origin
Peru Organic is grown High up above 1000 meters - even up to 2100 meters - tucked into the slopes of the Andes.
Roasting
A light split roast with a short average duration. The second split pushes the roasting a bit further to develop some intensity.
