Unfortunately, you cannot combine our promotions, as mentioned in the terms and conditions. The most advantageous promotion will be added to your bastket or use the second promotion in another order.
You can benefit from all the promotions of the country your Nespresso account is registered in. For example: customers with a Luxembourgish address and a Luxembourgish Nespresso account, you can avail of all the promotions listed on the Belgian website, but not from those on the Dutch or French websites. Your order will only be delivered to the country of your account, not to an address abroad. If you have an address in another country, you can of course also create a Nespresso account in that country to order coffee.
‘Machine without cost’ is a discount plan that allows you to recover up to 100% of the price of your Nespresso machine thanks to recurring discounts on capsules. You can only register 1 participating Original Line machine under this programme,
and only if purchased in MediaMarkt, Krëfel, Vanden Borre, Fnac, Coolblue, Art&Craft, Wara Shop, Bol.com or an independent store in Belgium.

It’s a pity you placed an order just before the promotion. However, it’s not possible to benefit from an action before the communicated starting date or after the end date. Luckily, Nespresso always has many interesting promotions up its sleeve. Keep an eye on your mailbox and on our website to ensure you’re right on time for the most interesting promotions for you!
When checking out your order, once you validate your shopping bag, click 'I would like to use a promotion code'. Enter your promotion code in the field and click ‘ok’ to apply it, before you proceed to the delivery step.
