MACHINE SERVICE

REVIEW AND REPAIR OF MACHINES



If a Nespresso machine fails, you should go to our Nespresso Boutique where tests will be carried out to verify its operation. If you do not have a nearby Boutique, you should dial the Nespresso Club 800-999 7575, where support will be provided to carry out these tests by phone.

1. In case the tests fail, the machine must be sent for technical service to the after-sales service center for inspection.
2. If the machine is outside the warranty period (see limited warranty policy at www.Nespresso.com), the cost of technical service will depend on the machine model. This cost includes logistics, diagnosis, technical service and replacement of totally new parts.
3. If the presence of harmful fauna or an infestation is detected when opening the machine in the after-sales service center, we will not be able to carry out the service. The cost of technical service will not be reimbursed in case of detection of noxious fauna or infestation.



RETURNS AND / OR REPLACEMENTS

• Photographs of exterior and interior packaging in the conditions in which the complete package was received (complete box and visible guide).
• Images focusing on the damage or signs of violation of the box, as well as the affected items.

Note: It is important to show the damage, the complete packaging and the shipping bill.
An identical replacement of the merchandise will be provided.

In the event that it is not possible to deliver the product, our service center will contact you to inform you of the products available for replacement.

Factory Defect

(Includes physical or technical factory damage).
Notify and contact the customer service center at 800-999-7575 for accessories within a period of no more than 5 days after receipt of the order and for machines within 15 days of purchase through direct sales channels of Nespresso Mexico, SA de C.V., and 18 days after the purchase acquired through the Internet. Send the following attached information in PDF format on the Nespresso contact page: Contact Form

• Photograph of purchase receipt.
• Photographs of exterior and interior packaging in the conditions in which the complete package was received (complete box and visible guide).
• Images focusing on the damage or signs of violation of the box, as well as the affected items.
• Order data to validate the order lifting and delivery date and the date on which it is being communicated.

Note: It is important to show the damage, the complete packaging and the shipping bill.
The complaint will be subject to investigation and within the following 2 business days from the completion of the report, the following will be done:

• Coffee Sleeves: When the coffee has a factory defect that prevents its operation, is a different product than the one you bought, or the product does not arrive or arrives damaged, a refund may be made for the amount that has been made through the available means of the payment platform.

Nespresso does not make physical returns of coffee and / or food (sugar, chocolates, biscuits, etc.)

• Machines: the change of the machine will apply, when the product is different from the one requested or has a manufacturing problem (includes physical or technical damage) or when it is not on par with the requested specifications.

If it is a spare part that does not impede operation, only a physical replacement will be made.

• Accessories: The change of physical form will apply, when the product is a different accessory than the one you paid for or requested, it is a quality or manufacturing problem (includes physical or technical damage) or when the product does not arrive.



• In machines, accessories, barista and aeroccinos, a physical return will be requested as long as it is confirmed that the item has no use, has original packaging and is accompanied by a purchase invoice.


• In the case of machines, barista, accessories and aeroccinos with delivery damage, if they have been used, the return will not proceed.

UPS Access Point
How does it work?
Thanks to our partnership with UPS, you can pick up your order from a UPS pick-up point near you. All if you have to do is select a pick-up point at check out. You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready to be collected. You will be asked to show a government ID when collecting your order. When somebody else will collect your order, they will also be asked to show proof of identity.
The opening hours of the pick-up points vary; they will be mentioned when you select a pick-up point.
When can I pick it up?
Order before 4 PM ET and select the option Pick-Up Point to have your order delivered within 3 business days at the pick-up point you choose.
How much does it cost?
This delivery option is free for all orders $35+. For orders below $35, a delivery fee is applicable.
For all orders in the Continental US, the charge is $6.95 for 3 business days delivery for orders placed by 4PM ET.
For all orders outside Continental US, the charge is $9.95 for 3-5 business days delivery for orders placed by 4PM ET.
How long will my order be available for pick up?
Your package will be available for 7 calendar days. An e-mail reminder will be sent to you if your package remains uncollected after 5 calendar days.
Can I drop off my capsules for recycling at these pick-up points?
Yes, you can drop off your used capsules at these pick-up points in the UPS postage-prepaid recycling bags.
How can I track my package?
You can track your order anytime at nespresso.com in the ‘My orders' section within ‘My account'. You will also receive an email with the tracking link once the order ships.
