In the beginning of the 20th century, three young Swedish princesses were particularly fond of the iconic green cake. To honour the princesses, the cake was renamed Prinsesstårta. This story inspired us to create our VARIATIONS NORDIC VANILLA PRINCESS CAKE coffee. Indulge with the creamy vanilla taste, marzipan sweetness, and subtle hint of raspberry paired with the smooth texture, biscuity notes, and medium intensity of HALF CAFFEINATO blend.
Insider tip: Adding a dash of milk softens those roasted coffee notes and brings out the blend’s sweetness.

ORIGIN
For this Vertuo coffee capsule we started with a base blend of Arabica coffees. We picked Brazilian and Central American beans for their balanced aromatics and round taste. Into that smooth blend of Arabica coffees comes a vanilla flavour.
ROASTING
The Latin American Arabica coffees in this Vertuo coffee pod are given a light roast to keep things mellow. We add the Nespresso vanilla flavour in after roasting.
