Maple Pecan Affogato
The dark roasted notes and bold character of this blend beautifully temper the sweet and creamy decadence of this affogato.

Preparation
- 1For the homemade whipped cream: add 250ml of cold cream into a whipping siphon, attach 1 cream whipper charger cartridge, and shake vigorously.
- 2Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream to your View Cappuccino Glass.
- 3Extract 1 espresso (40ml) of Ice Intenso over it.
- 4Dispense the whipped cream on top.
- 5Garnish with a pecan nut and a drizzle of maple syrup.
- 6Enjoy!

- 60g of whipped cream
- 10gr maple syrup
- 1 pecan nut to garnish
