Maple Pecan Affogato

Preparation

  • 1For the homemade whipped cream: add 250ml of cold cream into a whipping siphon, attach 1 cream whipper charger cartridge, and shake vigorously.
  • 2Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream to your View Cappuccino Glass.
  • 3Extract 1 espresso (40ml) of Ice Intenso over it.
  • 4Dispense the whipped cream on top.
  • 5Garnish with a pecan nut and a drizzle of maple syrup.
  • 6Enjoy!
