What is Collection Point Partnership?

In Japan, NESPRESSO has offered recycling program to its home use customers from 2020 and many consumers have joined recycling activities.
Now we are trying to make it more convenient and accessable for consumers, to collect and recycle as much as used capsules.
NESPRESSO seek for recycling partners who kindly cooperate to collect used capsules from consumers.
What is Collection Point Program?

 As our collection point partners, you just need to receive used capsules consumers bring in. You can send it to NESPRESSO recycle plant together with your used coffees.
1. Prepare for Capsule Collection

 Please contact us via online contact form to start collecting used capsules from home-use coffee customers. We will register your business location as collection point and support you to prepare collection.
2. Receive used capsules from consumers

2. Receive used capsules from consumers

 Once you're registered as a collection point, consumers will bring their used capsules into your business location. Please receive it and collect it together with your used coffees.

*You can learn how used capsules are recasted and reused in Recycling Aluminium and in NESPRESSO compost.
3. Send used capsules to recycle plant

3. Send used capsules to recycle plant

 Once your RECYCLING KIT become full with used capsules or, once in a 2 weeks, send it to our recycle plant. In recycle plant. used aluminium will be recasted into recycle alumium material and coffee grounds will be transformed into compost.
