Forte Extra an over-caffeinated variant of our top-selling Professional coffee, Forte. We've reimagined our decaffeination process to infuse extra caffeine into our green coffees, by using a unique CO2 saturation method, to deliver a powerful caffeine kick.
ORIGIN: The key players in this capsule are an over-caffeinated washed Guatemalan Arabica and an unwashed Brazilian Arabica. The unwashed Arabicas from Brazil lend a malty note to this coffee.
ROASTING: A short, dark roast brings out the best of each coffee in this Arabica blend. The first split is composed of Latin American Arabicas, including Brazil, and it gets a medium roast for balance. The over-caffeinated Guatemalan Arabica is roasted separately to develop intensity.
AROMATIC PROFILE: This Nespresso capsule is an intense coffee with sweet caramel and medium-roasted, toasted notes.
