Ice Intenso Caipirinha Nespresso Recipe

INGREDIENTS

- 1 ICE INTENSO capsule (40ml)

- 120g / 4 ice cubes

- 60g fresh lime wedges

- 8g of brown sugar ( 2 Nespresso brown sugar sticks)

- 2 g gum syrup

- 10ml fresh lemon juice

- 60 ml still water

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT

- Nespresso Professional Coffee Machine

- VIEW Recipe glass

LET'S MAKE IT

1. Place all but 1 of the lime wedges and sugar into a View recipe glass.

2. Muddle together

3. Add 2 g of gum syrup

4. Add 4 ice cubes and pour in 60 ml of still water

5. Mix slowly with a spoon

6. Pour Ice Intenso on top

7. Garnish with a wedge of lime on the rim of the glass.
