Please ensure all collection instructions are reported at time of booking. Collections will be made between the hours of 9am – 6pm.

What happens to my capsules after I have returned them?
After you have returned your capsules through any of our easy methods, they are sent to our specialist recycling plants, where the coffee is removed from the aluminium. The aluminium is smelted and recycled into new products, such as beverage cans. The coffee is used to create renewable energy and soil improver. Our recycling bags are made from more than 80% recycled content and are also recycled.
How do I recycle my used capsules?

How do I cancel or amend my booking?
Hived (Inside M25):
Please contact Hived directly at support@hived.space or use the yellow chat bubble on their website (www.hived.space).
Royal Mail (Outside M25):
In the "Your Royal Mail Collection – Confirmation" email from no-reply@royalmail.com, click on the "view your collection" link and enter the details you provided during booking. From there, you can either cancel or modify your booking.
When making changes, don't forget to ask the Postie to bring your label, so you won’t need to print one yourself!
I forgot to add a recycling bag to my order - How can I get one?
If you forgot to add a recycling bag to your order, please contact one of our coffee specialists at 0808 100 8844.
Can I have multiple bags collected at once?
Royal Mail:
Royal Mail can collect up to 5 bags in a single collection. If you have more than 5 bags, our coffee specialists will arrange a separate collection for the remaining bags on a different date.
Hived:
Yes, Hived will collect as many recycling bags as they can fit on their vehicle. If they are short of space, they will be back within the next 5 working days to collect the remaining bags.

What do I do if my recycling bags were not collected?
Hived (Inside M25):

Royal Mail (Outside M25):
Please track your recycling collection on the Royal Mail Portal: www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
If you have any questions about your booked recycling collection: Please contact Royal Mail Customer Services on 03457 740740.

I cancelled my recycling collection, but my Royal Mail representative still came to collect my capsules
If the cancellation request is received once a journey has started, your Royal Mail representative may still come to collect the parcel, as the message will not be received in time.

Nespresso has now officially partnered with Royal Mail to offer you free recycling collections. Royal Mail is widely recognised as having the lowest reported CO2e emissions per parcel as their 'feet on the street' posties walk up to a billion steps a day and are aiming to achieve Net Zero carbon emissions by 2040, making them the perfect recycling partner.
Why Hived?
Nespresso has now officially partnered with Hived, within the M25, to offer you free recycling collections. Hived only use electric vehicles, powered by renewable energy. By partnering with Hived and using their electric fleet, we are reducing our emissions and carbon footprint, making them the perfect recycling partner.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email when arranging my drop off?
If you don't see your confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. If it's not there, we suggest re-booking your drop-off using an alternate email address. Some professional email settings may quarantine the email due to privacy settings, so we recommend using a personal email address. You can also download the QR directly from the confirmation page
I forgot to add a recycling bag to my order?
If you forgot to add a recycling bag with your order, please contact one of our coffee specialists Nespresso service customer care
