Honeyed sweetness embraces a cloud of cool milk foam floating atop the bold, dark, roasty notes of ​ICE INTENSO. The touch of thyme takes you into the tastes of a Mediterranean summer in this creamy iced delight.​​


MATERIALS &
INGREDIENTS

1 capsule of ICE INTENSO (40 ml)

10g of honey

3 ice cubes (90g)

1 sprig of fresh thyme 

150ml of semi skimmed MILK

Honey to drizzle

INGREDIENTS &
SEQUENCE

1. Add the ice cubes and honey to the glass. 

2. Place the Ice Intenso capsule in the machine.​

3. Place the glass under the outlet of the machine and select the Latte Macchiato mode (Momento) or the Iced Macchiato mode (Aguila).​

4. Garnish with the thyme and a drizzle of honey​.​
