Iced Sugared Vanilla Latte Macchiato Nespresso Recipe

The depth of raw sugar brings forth the balanced, neutral notes of Brazilian Arabica


INGREDIENTS

- 1 Espresso capsule

- 1 ½ Tbs. raw sugar, plus more for garnish

- 2 Tbs. vanilla extract

- Frothed milk

- Ice


SPECIAL EQUIPMENT

- Tall Recipe Glass

- Cocktail Shaker


LET'S MAKE IT

1. In a cocktail shaker, add raw sugar and vanilla extract.

2. Brew capsule directly into cocktail shaker.

3. Stir to combine. Add ice and shake to chill.

4. Strain into a Tall Recipe Glass.

5. Use your coffee machine to add froth.*

6. Garnish with raw sugar (optional).

*Add cold froth if machine functionality allows.
