Kombucha Coffee Refresher Recipe
Coffee, Kombucha and fresh fruit juice – what’s not to love on a summer’s day.
INGREDIENTS
- Finezzo Espresso: 40ml
- Mango Juice: 40ml
- Ginger juice: 1 tbsp
- Agave syrup: ½ tbsp
- Kombucha: 150ml
- Ice Cubes
- -Mint sprig
LET'S MAKE IT
1. Brew the coffee into a large jug, adding the mango juice, ginger juice and agave syrup and stir well.
2. Add in the ice and pour over the kombucha.
3. Serve in individual glasses with a garnish of mint.
