ICE INTENSO MAPLE PECAN AFFOGATO
This affogato treat is destined to be a summer favourite. Crowned with a fluffy mountain of whipped cream, this one takes the affogato to another level. ICE INTENSO’s dark roasted notes and bold character beautifully temper the sweet and creamy decadence of this recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 capsule of ICE INTENSO (40ml)
- 1 scoop (30g) of vanilla ice cream (milk)
- 60g of whipped cream (milk)
- 10g maple syrup
- Pecan nut to garnish
MATERIALS
- VIEW Cappuccino Glass
- Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk machine
LET'S MAKE IT
1. Add the vanilla ice cream to your Cappuccino glass.
2. Extract the ICE INTENSO over it.
3. Dispense the whipped cream on top.
4. Garnish with a pecan nut and a drizzle of maple syrup.
5. Serve and enjoy!
