Provencal Ice Intenso Lemonade Nespresso Recipe
Need something refreshing? Get the feel of France in this Provençal floral and citrus sparkler made with Ice Intenso. Why not create a beautiful and refreshing layered lemonade with a touch of lavender. As you taste the delicate foam a surprising vanilla note finally reveals itself.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ICE INTENSO capsule
- 150 g / 5 ice cubes
- 100 ml sparkling water
- 15 ml vanilla syrup
- 1 Tsp fresh or dried lavender
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 lemon slice
- Optional: 1 sprig of fresh lavender
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
- View recipe glass
- 1 shaker or 1 Nespresso Barista device
LET'S MAKE IT
1. Brew a capsule of ICE INTENSO (40 ml) over 1 tsp of fresh or dried lavender, in a VIEW Recipe glass. Let it infuse for 2 minutes before straining it into a shaker and adding one ice cube. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously. OR with the Nespresso Barista device, strain it into your Nespresso Barista jug, add 1 ice cube, close the lid, select the “Iced Nitro” recipe and press the start button.
2. Place 4 ice cubes and a slice of lemon into your glass, then add the vanilla syrup, 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and sparkling water. Stir gently.
3. Pour the cold coffee on top, and garnish with a fresh sprig of lavender.
