If you need help with your machine, please reach our Customer Service (everyday from 08h00 am to 10h00 pm), through our free toll number 800 260 260.

  1. Machine Pick-Up on an address of your choice;
  2. Machine return on the same (or other) address;
  3. If you have placed a Nespresso coffee order within the last 12 months, we'll provide you a replacement machine during the repair, so you can keep enjoying your favorite coffees!
  4. Repair warranty.
