EasyOrder is the best way to ensure you never run out of your coffee moments. You just have to tell us where you want to receive, the frequency and, of course, which are your favourite coffees, and the order will be sent automatically without contract commitments or minimum term.
No. There is no contract or minimum term. You can change, pause or terminate your Order& EasyOrder at any time via the Nespresso app or site under “My Account/My EasyOrders”.
Easyorder facilitate the way you order Nespresso products. There are no contractual obligations for continuing to use the Easyorder service. You can easily create, modify or cancel any recurrent order through the Easyordering service by visiting "My Account/My EasyOrders".
There is no cost for creating, modifying and cancelling your Easyorder. Free delivery on all orders from 50 capsules. Your recurrent order can be set up via the Nespresso app or site under “My Account/My EasyOrders”.

You can only pay by credit card. Please note that you need at least one active card in your Nespresso account on the dispatch date, and that you will not be able to use Maestro/Mastercard virtual credit cards.
The minimum order volume is the same as a regular order, being 50 capsules.
You can choose between the following intervals:
Delivery every 2/3/6 weeks, 1 time per month, every 2/3/6 months.
Easyorder allows you to receive your favourite Grands Crus, as well as selected accessories, at the frequency and address of your choice to prevent you from running out of your favourite Nespresso coffees and to save you time and effort on placing an order when you need it.
You will be notified four days prior to the shipment of your Easyorder via email. If you wish to modify the delivery address, selected items and quantities as well as delivery and payment information after receiving our email, you can still change until the day before shipment at midnight (eg: 11:59PM on January 3 for an order shipping on January 4).
As per Nespresso Terms and Conditions, you are able to refuse the delivery of each package in order to return it to us and receive a credit for the returned items.
Yes. You can have multiple Easyorders at the same time. To make it clearer for future recognition, we recommend you to give each a so-called "nickname" (House, Office, Family,…).
Yes, to your EasyOrder apply the campaign conditions available on the date and time of dispatch. These additional offers will not be visible on the Nespresso app or website under “My Account/My EasyOrders”.
All information relevant to your Easyorder such as next scheduled date, delivery address and payment can be found under "My Account/My EasyOrders" upon logging in.
Unfortunately, delivery modes such as Nespressso Your Time, offering slot delivery, or Pick Up Points at selected delivery collection points, are not available for Easyordering. Please choose a regular home or work delivery address for delivery within 1 business day.
Easyorder allows you to receive your favourite Grands Crus (excluding Limited Editions), as well as selected accessories such as sugar and cups. For Limited Editions, other types of accessories and machines, we suggest that you order separately.
