  • Whipped Cream 60 ml
  • Mango 50 gr

    01

    Into a siphon, put 60 ml of cream and one capsule of whipper charger. Then shake vigorously.

    02

    Into a Vertuo Mug cup, pour 20 gr of Mango Purée
  • Step
    03

    Extract 230 ml of El Salvador over it.
  • Step
    04

    Add fresh mango dices, few drops of Mango Purée and grilled sesame on top to decorate.
