  • capsules of Crealto (2x 40ml)
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 100 ml of unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • The zest of ¼ unwaxed lemon
  • Crushed ice
  • 3 ice cubes
  • Shaker
  • Recipe glace (350 ml)
  • Zester
  • Strainer

How to make this recipe?

Mix the milk with the cocoa powder
  • Prepare 2 Crealto Espressos in a shakerand add 3 ice cubes, the coconut milk,sugar and lemon zest
  • Next, pour the cocoaflavoured milk intothe mixture and vigorously shake themtogether
  • Fill a Lungo glass with crushed ice andpour in the chilled mixture
  • Enjoy
