Caffè Venezia has beautiful wild and floral notes that marry well with cardamom flavour, in a recipe inspired by old Arabica coffee preparation in Africa and the Middle East.
Add 4 seeds of green cardamom in a View Espresso Glass
Add 10ml sugarcane syrup or 1 stick of sugar
Extract the Caffè Venezia coffee (40ml) on top.
Dip a slice of lemon peel in the cup and infuse for 10 seconds, and then remove.
Serve and enjoy!
