Blinking Light Issues
- Check the mains, plug, voltage, and fuse. In case of problems, call Nespresso at 877-964-6299.
- Send appliance to repair or call Nespresso at 877-964-6299.
- Error alarm, machine needs repair. Send appliance to repair or call Nespresso at 877-964-6299.
- Water tank is empty.
- Be sure to remove the milk jug.
- Be sure to press milk button for 3 seconds.
- Remove descaling pipe.
- Is not possible to enter Menu mode while machine is heating up.
- Machine in overheat protection mode, wait until it returns to ready mode.
- Appliance will be blocked for approximately 10 minutes after emptying.
- Machine is in menu mode, press milk button for 3 seconds to exit menu mode or wait 30 seconds to exit automatically.
- Machine triggers descaling alert according beverages consumption usage. Descale machine.
- Machine is in descaling mode. Press Espresso button to start descaling process.
Coffee& Other Issues
- Water tank is empty. Fill water tank.

- Use skimmed or semi-skimmed cow milk at refrigerator temperature (about 4° C).
