Colombians’ fervor for their local coffee is embodied in this Pure Origin blend. This is a delicate cup of Arabica beans from the highlands of Cauca, Tolima and Santander. This coffee is lightly roasted, well-rounded and silky, with delicate buttery bread notes. It has a juicy profile enhanced by a hint of floral bouquet and dark berry aroma.

A 100% Colombian blend of washed Arabicas from Cauca, Tolima and Santander regions.

Coffees are blended and then divided in two. The first split is lightly roasted and for long to enhance the character of the coffee. The remaining split is roasted very lightly (blond roasting) for a short period of time to enhance the lively juicy note.

A lightly roasted, round and silky blend with a juicy profile enhanced by buttery, floral and dark berry aromas.
