- 1 Tbs. pineapple syrup
- 3 oz. oat milk
- Ice
- Coconut Flakes, for garnish
- Pineapple Wedge, for garnish

- Cocktail Shaker
How to make this recipe?

Step 1
Add pineapple syrup and oat milk to cocktail shaker. -
Step 2
Add ice, cover and shake until chilled and frothy. -
Step 3
Pour mixture into cocktail shaker, including ice. -
Step 4
Rinse shaker. Brew capsule into shaker. -
Step 5
Add ice, cover and shake until cold. -
Step 6
Strain iced espresso into glass. -
Step 7
