The Nespresso Club is the new loyalty program from Nespresso that offers a variety of exclusive benefits to our active members. By monitoring your annual coffee consumption, participants can advance in status, starting as Club Member and potentially reaching the level of Ambassador, which is the most exclusive category. Ambassadors will have access to a variety of novelties and unique privileges.

To reach the status of Ambassador, it is necessary that the annual coffee consumption exceeds 500 capsules or that the customer has an active coffee subscription with Nespresso.

By making your first coffee purchase with your Nespresso account, whether in Boutiques, website, App, WhatsApp, or the brand's Call Center (0800 7777 737), the customer will automatically be part of the Nespresso Club, starting as Club Member and potentially reaching the level of Ambassador, which is the most exclusive category. Access to these benefits is conditional on making at least one coffee purchase per year.

You can check your status in the "My Account" section, then "My Member Status" on the website www.nespresso.com, in the Nespresso app, in one of our Nespresso Boutiques, or by contacting our Customer Service at 0800 7777 737. If you cannot view your status, contact Nespresso customer service at 0800 7777 737 (24 hours, 7 days a week). Nestlé Group employees do not participate in the Nespresso Club program.

Upon reaching the required number of capsules or having an active subscription that meets the requirements, your upgrade to Ambassador status will be reflected the day after receiving the order that grants you access to this level. On the other hand, any downgrade in status will occur at the end of the month of joining the program. Additionally, canceled or returned orders will be deducted from the total capsules counted for your consumption in the program.

The Nespresso Club program has two membership levels:
1. Club Member: For members who have purchased between 1 (one) and 499 (four hundred and ninety-nine) capsules in the last 12 months.
2. Ambassador: For members who have purchased at least 500 (five hundred) Nespresso coffee capsules in the last 12 months or who have an active Nespresso coffee subscription. For the subscription, it is necessary to follow one of the following minimum consumption and frequency options: 30 capsules every 3 weeks, 30 capsules per month, 60 capsules every two months, or 90 capsules every three months. However, joining the 30-capsule subscription plan with a bimonthly or quarterly frequency offers benefits such as a discount and free shipping, but does not guarantee migration to Ambassador status.

Your family members can enjoy the benefits and offers as long as they use your account (your CPF). Just be aware of offers valid once per CPF, which will expire after one use per Nespresso account.

The Nespresso&You, Nespresso's benefits program, was revamped in January 2025 and is now called Nespresso Club. In the previous model, consumers were divided into three levels of participation: Connoisseur, Expert, and Ambassador. These levels were defined based on the years as a Nespresso customer and the number of capsules purchased over 12 consecutive months, starting from the first coffee purchase.

Now, in addition to the name change, the Nespresso Club brings a new proposal, offering even more exclusive experiences for lovers of high-quality coffee. By becoming a member of the Nespresso Club, the consumer gains access to a series of benefits, such as personalized rewards, exclusive events, special discounts, and unique opportunities to explore the Nespresso universe in an even more immersive way. This evolution of the program reflects the brand's ongoing commitment to providing increasingly sophisticated experiences, aligned with the desires and expectations of its consumers.

The new program will have two categories: Club Member and Ambassador.

Benefits and status are valid only in the country where the purchases were made. Each market has its own loyalty program, and there is no account connection between countries.
