3. Use the same email address registered to your Nespresso account on the domestic line and check that you have entered it correctly. Your Nespresso Professional account email does not enable access to the Home Line account. If you are not sure which email address is currently registered, please contact Nespresso at Whatsapp.
4. If you don't remember your password, you can reset it through the option 'forgot your password?'< /strong>. This will send you an email to reset your account password. Please allow up to 30 minutes for it to arrive and check all your email and spam folders as this email can sometimes be diverted there. The link will remain valid for 3 days.
5. If you need to reset your password, try not to use one of the last 5 passwords registered on the site. Remember that your new password must respect the mandatory criteria: - Be at least 8 characters long; - A number; - A capital letter.
6. If you have recently changed your password, your browser may have an old password saved. Try clearing Cookies from your browser or open an incognito tab (Ctrl + Shift + N) and try again to login with the new password.
