A unique trail: Potent and Roasted

A deep-roasted, intense, and full-bodied cup with a woodsy aroma and punchy bitterness reminiscent of the Robusta cargo that shaped Cape Town’s taste in coffee.

Taste

Cape Town Lungo intense profile is achieved combining high quality Robusta and Arabica beans from India and Mexico. It is our most intense lungo coffee. To obtain its unique aromatic profile, we apply a traditional split roast. Indian and Mexican Robustas are separated by origin for more precise results and roasted to a medium degree. The Arabica beans are roasted to a darker degree for extra intensity. In your cup, Cape Town Lungo displays lively spicy and woody notes and a sharp intensity coming from its powerful Robusta beans.

With milk, as a Latte - it adds an irresistible silky texture and tasty sweet toffee notes. The combination of oat milk with a coffee with woody and spicy notes is a combination that can reveal interesting nuances. Oat milk, with its natural sweetness and creamy texture, will soften the sometimes intense spicy notes of some coffees. It also brings a roundness that balances woody and spicy flavors, creating a more balanced cup that is comforting.
