• If a repair is necessary, the machine assistance service includes a turnkey service where the transport and repair of your machine is taken care of. *
* Service offered if your machine is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Preferential rates apply if the machine is no longer under warranty. Consult the conditions with the Nespresso Club. Subject to availability.

Returns
Return Policy
Nespresso accepts returns for machines and accessories, within 14 days, provided they are in new or unused condition, in their original packaging in perfect condition, and with the original invoice.
Nespresso Gift cards and all food products, including coffee capsules are final sale.
All returns must be shipped to the Nespresso Canada Returns center at the customer’s expense. Please include the proof of purchase, with the returned item circled, and send it to:

Please note:
Items returned after the 14-day policy will not be credited
That in-person returns and machine repair requests are not accepted at the aforementioned address
Your member account will be credited within 30 days of the reception of the item
We strongly recommend using a traceable method of shipping to track and ensure its delivery
Any machine purchased from a retailer or other website must be returned to its original seller. Please be informed that we do not accept returns for machines purchased through a retailer. You may also return accessories or machines directly to a Nespresso Boutique.

Same day delivery
Enjoy same-day delivery in the Montréal and Toronto area.
Place your order online or by phone at the following phone number: 1 (855) 325-5781 between 12 AM EST and 12:30 PM EST to receive it the same day, between 3 PM EST and 9 PM EST, Monday to Saturday.
Select the Same Day Delivery option before validation your order*.
*This option will only be visible for coffee capsules, some accessories and machines order and if your delivery address is located in our Montreal or Toronto area delivery zone.

You can follow your online or phone order by clicking on the link you will receive in your email or by signing in to your online Nespresso account.
Boutique Pick-up
Boutique pick-up in selected boutiques
• Place your order by phone and simply collect it at your preferred Nespresso Boutique.*
• Two hours after the order is placed, it will be ready at your Nespresso Boutique*.
• You can pick up the order at your convenience.
• Free service, no extra charges apply.
* Service available online, through the app and/or by phone only in participating Boutiques. Ordering hours: Boutique Pick-up orders can be placed as per regular store hours. Make sure that the items you choose are available for the Boutique Pick-up service. Accessories, except for the recycling bags, descaling kit and Aeroccino are not available for Boutique Pick-up online orders.

Car pick-up

Choose Boutique Pick-up at checkout and wait for the Car Pick-up email confirming the readiness of your order at your selected Boutique. No extra charges apply!

Post-office Pick-up
