Miami Espresso
Walk the streets of Miami and you’ll pass dozens of ventanitas. These ‘little windows’ are portholes to Cuba; miniature coffee shops dishing out small bites and coffee—the short Cafecito or the larger Colado to share. The city is a melting pot of traditions and World Explorations Miami Espresso is a bold blend of Arabica and Robusta coffees that echoes that. Caribbean Arabica joins Latin American coffees, sealing the authenticity of this archetypal Cuban-style cup.
While Americans grab their tall coffees to-go, Miami reflects its strong Hispanic influence: coffee is short and shared.
Taste
Miami espresso is a bold blend of Robusta and Arabica coffees that echoes Miami’s melting pot of traditions, a tribute to the shorter, more intense cups drunk in the Cuban-style cafés of Miami. To be this delicious blend of robusta and Arabica beans coming from Mexico, Colombia and the Caribbean, This coffee is roasted using the split roast technique with a similar dark roast for each batch. A fine grind completes this intense profile. In your cup, it is full-bodied, intense roast carrying delightful roasted, woody and cereal notes, complemented by a dark crema.
With milk as a Latte Macchiato, this coffee delights with bready and dark cocoa notes, a course body and an ever-present roasted coffee note. Oat milk is a great choice for sweetening and balancing coffees with toasty, full-bodied notes. It offers a creamy and smooth alternative to cow's milk and can reveal new nuances in your cup. A roasted coffee such as Miami, with pronounced toasted notes, can be particularly well enhanced by oat milk.
