Gran Lattissima

This machine allows the preparation of several beverages: 3 different coffee selections: Ristretto, Espresso and Lungo, and 6 milk-based beverages: Cappuccino, Latte macchiato, Flat white, Caffè latte, Hot milk and Hot foam. All beverages are accessible at the touch of a button. There is one button per beverage.
The machine is equipped with a multi-serve milk system, based on the double venturi technology. The milk jug has a capacity of 500ml and allows multiple preparations in a row, with the only constraint to rinse the milk system between two preparations, with the easy rinsing function.
All the coffee beverages are preprogramed with factory setting but can be reprogrammed to fit one’s taste.

The machine integrates a movable drip tray allowing the use of a wide range of cups, mugs, and recipe glasses. The maximum height of the jug must be 148 mm.

Volume programing with the machine is very easy. For Ristretto, Espresso or Lungo, simply touch and hold the button for at least 3 seconds to enter the programming mode. Brewing starts and button blinks fast (programming mode). Release button when desired volume is reached. If the recipe includes other ingredients, press again the button and keep pressed until the desired volume is reached, then release. When the last ingredient is delivered, button blinks 3 times to confirm the new drink volume. Drink volume is now stored for the next preparations.
Coffee volume can be programmed:
- Ristretto: min. 15ml, max. 35ml
- Espresso: min. 35ml, max. 70ml
- Lungo: min. 70ml, max. 130ml
- Cappuccino (coffee volume): min. 35ml, max. 70ml
- Latte macchiato (coffee volume): min. 35ml, max. 70ml
- Flat white (coffee volume): min. 35ml, max. 70ml
- Caffè latte (coffee volume): min. 70ml, max. 130ml
We recommend you to keep factory settings for Espresso and Lungo to ensure the best in cup results for each of our coffee varieties.

All the Nespresso Original machines are equipped with a 19-bar pressure pump, which provides the power needed to pierce the film of the capsule and release the coffee's 900 or so different aromas. The shape of the Nespresso capsule has been specially designed to ensure that the pressurized water flows evenly through the ground coffee during extraction. The temperature and flow time are also set to ensure that each precious aroma is expressed.
