The purchaser selects the amount to put on the Nespresso Gift Card when purchasing it, between Fr. 50.- and Fr. 250.- , in increments of Fr. 50.-.
Yes. The amount you choose to offer with the Nespresso Gift Card is the amount you will pay for it. It is also the exact amount the card's recipient will be able to use at Nespresso thanks to the card.
The Nespresso Gift Card can be used to pay for your orders online at www.nespresso.com, in Nespresso boutiques and when ordering over the phone at 0800 55 52 53. Each purchase using a Nespresso Gift Card is limited to a value of Fr. 500.-. It cannot be used to purchase food or drinks at our boutique or bar locations.
In Nespresso boutiques, please show the card to our boutique specialist before making your payment. When ordering by phone or online, please provide the Gift Card barcode numbers and scratch code.
You can use the Nespresso Gift Card to pay for all or part of the order amount. In the latter case, you can complete the payment with one additional method.

The Nespresso Gift Card is not rechargeable. It is not a credit or debit card.
Nespresso Gift Cards are not returnable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash (unless required by law), check, credit, or payment on any credit or loan account. Unused Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another account.
You have 14 days (from the date of delivery of your order) to cancel your order for Nespresso Gift Cards purchased online. You will be fully refunded, including delivery charges, but with the exception of the return card, if applicable. The corresponding amount will be credited on the Nespresso Gift Card.
The Nespresso Gift Card is only valid in its country of purchase and in its currency of purchase. Nespresso will not accept Gift Cards purchased in other countries.
At the end of the expiry date, the Nespresso Gift Card will be considered invalid. The remaining balance cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash (unless required by law), check or credit.
