Origins
This 100% arabica coffee is the result of 20 years of research and development, creating a unique coffee variety that presents outstanding sensorial qualities. These seedlings were planted in long-standing AAA farms in the Cauca and Caldas regions of Colombia.
Roasting
Although it's a single-origin coffee, we separate it in two splits between the larger and smaller beans. The larger beans get a particularly light roast to preserve the finer aromatics, while the smaller beans are developed a bit longer to create intensity.
