FAQ
There is no charge for making, changing or cancelling a recurring order. Any order consisting of a minimum of 50 coffees is delivered free of charge to the address of your choice. You can set up your recurring order at www.Nespresso.com under "My account" / "My recurring orders" or by calling Nespresso at 0800 55 52 53 (toll-free number).
Recurring orders are there to simplify the way you order Nespresso products. There are no contractual obligations for continuing to use the recurring order service. You can easily create, modify or cancel any recurring order under "My account" / "My recurring orders".
Recurring orders allow you to receive your favourite coffees, treats and a limited range of accessories at the frequency and address of your choice, to save you time - and so that so that you'll never run out of your favourite coffees again! You can set up, modify or cancel your recurring order on our Nespresso website and mobile applications, over the phone, or in any one of our Nespresso boutiques.
You will be informed by e-mail three days before the dispatch of your next recurring order. If, after receiving this e-mail, you wish to change the delivery address, the products, the selected quantities, or the delivery and payment information, you can do so at the latest until the day before shipment, before midnight.
Any information concerning your recurring order, such as the next scheduled date, delivery address and payment, is visible under "My account" / "My recurring orders".
Your order will be shipped free of charge.
Delivery methods such as "Nespresso Your Time" or "Pickup Points" are not available for recurring orders. Your order will be delivered to the address of your choice within 1-2 business days.
The minimum order volume is the same as a regular order, being 50 capsules. Free delivery is offered for any order.
All customers can benefit from the promotions if they meet the required conditions. To take advantage of a current offer, simply enter the Promo Code under "My account" / "My recurring orders". The promotional item will be sent to you with your next order if the Promo Code is inserted before the end date of the promotion and according to the conditions of the offer.
The rest of your order will be shipped if the minimum quantity of 50 capsules per order is respected. Please note first of all that you will only be charged for items that have been shipped. An order containing an item that is out-of-stock will still be shipped and you will be alerted by e-mail with a list of items that have not been shipped. If this item is a Limited Edition product, you can then update your regular recurring order to remove it from future orders.
The recurring order service includes all the Nespresso coffees with their tasty treats as well as recycling bags. We invite you to place a separate order for Nespresso machines and accessories.
As per the Nespresso Terms and Conditions, you are able to refuse the delivery of each package in order to return it to us and receive a credit for the returned items.
