Who can subscribe?

Must be 18+ and reside in Switzerland or in the Principality of Liechtenstein. The subscription is limited to one Nespresso subscription per household or per office.

Monthly fees

Your Nespresso subscription has a fixed price which will be billed to you as a monthly fee. The monthly fees depend on the type of subscription you choose. The first instalment of the monthly fees and the sum of Fr. 1.- for the Nespresso machine must be paid at the time of your subscription to Nespresso, by credit card only. The following monthly fees can be paid each month at the date (+/- 2 days) of the beginning of your subscription, depending on the duration of the commitment - from 12 to 24 months.

The Nespresso credit will be added each month to your existing Nespresso account linked to your subscription, within four days following the reception of your corresponding monthly fees. This credit will allow you to choose coffees or other products available at Nespresso in Switzerland. You can spend it as soon as it is on your account, or accumulate it from one month to another to use it later. To consult your Nespresso credit balance, go to your client account. Nespresso credits expire 2 years after the end of your subscription.

Duration of the subscription

The subscription starts when you receive your first monthly payment. It lasts 12 months for Vertuo machines and 24 months for Original machines, excluding current promotions. You can cancel the subscription before the end of your commitment period:

• Within the cooling off period (14 days): You will need to return the unused machine in good condition (and any other products purchased with your credit). You can then be reimbursed for the amount of Fr. 1 (price of the machine) and your first monthly payment.
• Before its term and after the 14-day reflection period: You will have to pay a Cancellation fee equal to 100.–. You can keep your machine and the credit you paid. Your remaining credit will still be available and you will be able to use it online, by phone or in our Nespresso boutiques. Valid for 2 years after the end of your subscription.

After the minimum subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed until you cancel it. Two weeks before the end of the minimum subscription period, you will receive an email reminding you that the end of the minimum subscription period is approaching. To cancel your subscription, you must contact our customer service department on 0800 55 52 53 (toll-free). There are no cancellation fees if you cancel after the minimum subscription period. After termination, you keep your Nespresso machine.
