Since 2007 Nespresso acts in the sector of B2B in Czech Republic. In 2016, our B2B department
employees were awarded as a fastest growing B2B market in the world. We dominate the top of the
premium coffee segment for HoReCa as well as for Offices. You may enjoy Nespresso coffee in fine
dining restaurants, five star hotels or luxury cafés. You can find a range of influential companies
among our customers, e.g. IBM, Microsoft, Amazon, Intercontinental hotel, Café Café or Hemnigway
Bar. We cooperate with more than 170 renown Michelin chefs around the globe, in Czech Republic its
Marek Raditsch or Marek Fichtner, for example.

Nespresso B2C department is devoted to the retailing of our products. You will find Datart,
Electroworld, Alza and Mall among our customers. Our goal is a complex customer care including key
account management, marketing support or services of the educated hostesses who offer products and
tastings directly in the retail shops.
Our department offers colourful possibilities of
the career development from sales promotion, through key account management, trade marketing to demo
agency management.

Nespresso marketing team present a wide engagement from brand management, PR and media strategy,
covering of the big amount of events to the focus of on-line marketing and e-commerce.
Members of marketing team have an opportunity to be part of such unique projects and
events as Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, Designblok, Mercedes-Benz Prague Fashion Week or
Czech Golf Masters, and collaborate so with outstandingly talented people from various fields of
culture life.
The ultimate mission of our Boutique teams is to be the ambassadors of Nespresso coffee brand. We
care for every visit from our customers to be as special and pleasant experience for them as
possible. We want to bring a drop of something exceptional to their everyday lives.
Every
day in Boutique begins with a briefing along with a cup of premium coffee followed by opening for
the customers. Alongside the contact with customers and work with payment system, the main goal is
to reach the sales results accompanied with all the activities behind it – care about displayed
products, selling skills development, use of the tasting zone for up- and cross-selling. Last, but
not least is among the key goals the communication with customers who look for a help with their
coffee machine – problem diagnosis, quick user training, complaints. The work in Boutique is very
pleasant and agile with working day running fast.
Nespresso customer care department ensures the maximum possible devotion to solving our current and new customer questions and issues from both B2B and B2C segments. Our Coffee specialists are dealing with incoming and outbound calls, e-mails or LiveChat, and all regarding to orders, queries or technical issues. We are eager to fulfil our customers´ expectation for the premium global brand throughout the conversations.
