After the end of the 2-year statutory warranty, we offer Nespresso & You members a special post-warranty annual service.To receive this post-warranty service, you need to register the coffee machine on our website and provide proof of purchase. After completing this step, we will accept Nespresso technology purchased outside of this website for repair.
As part of the annual post-warranty service, we provide a free service repair.
During the post-warranty annual service, you cannot claim financial compensation if the coffee machine cannot be repaired. The duration of the special annual service starts on the day of the end of the two-year statutory warranty period and lasts for one calendar year.
