World Explorations STOCKHOLM Lungo is a rich and intense all-Arabica blend that recreates the aromatic profile of a traditional Swedish coffee. In the age of sailing ships, Indian coffees took on a wild ocean-air taste on their long journey to Sweden which gave them a distinct savoury and malty character that has since captured Swedish hearts and palates. Today, we pay homage to this history and recreate the coffee’s full-bodied, distinct taste by warehousing Arabica beans along India’s southwestern coast, letting the local Monsoonal winds transform their very structure. High-grown Colombian Arabicas complement the blend’s flavor with a glimmer of sweetness, so that you can taste its rich and inviting flavor.
ORIGIN
STOCKHOLM Lungo is an all-Arabica blend of Indian and Colombian beans which gives it a smooth taste with remarkable intensity of a pure Arabica.
ROASTING
The Monsooned Arabica gets a darker roast to enhance its body and cereal notes. A lighter roast of the washed Colombian coffee allows for all the classic finer aromatics to stay in the balance of the cup.

Why aluminum?
Aluminum is a perfect barrier to oxygen, light and humidity to protect the freshness and the aromas of high-quality coffee, over time. Besides, is infinitely recyclable and is one of the most widely recycled materials in the world.
The only way to become more circular is to ensure what comes to an end always becomes a new beginning.
Our goal was to have our Original capsules made using 80% recycled aluminum by the end of 2021, what we have successfully achieved. And now we will gradually extend this initiative to all Vertuo capsules by the end of 2022. But because Vertuo capsules are slightly larger than the Original, the aluminum content of recycled sources in this range will be 85%.
