Using one capsule of Limited Edicion Forest Almond Flavour - all you need extra is 1.5% fat milk, chesnut cream, and a sprinkle of shaved almonds. Add a laurel leaf to finish.

Ingredients

  • Forest Almond Flavour (40ml)
  • 10g Chestnut Cream
  • 100ml 1.5% Fat Milk
  • 5g Shaved & grilled almonds
  • 1x Laurel Leaf

Materials

  • View Cappuccino Glass
  • Barista Device

How to make this recipe?

  • Step 1

    Pour 100 ml* of 1.5% fat milk directly into the Nespresso Barista device. Close the lid, select the “Cappuccino” recipe on the device and press the start button.
  • Step 2

    Put 10g of chestnut cream in the bottom of a View Cappuccino cup and pour the milk foam over it.
  • Step 3

    Extract 40ml of Forest Almond Flavour on top of it.
  • Step 4

    Add shaved almonds on the milk foam and top it off with a Laurel leaf.

FOREST ALMOND FLAVOUR celebrates both the harvest bestowed on us by the forest and the delicious and complex nutty aromas found in many high-quality coffees around the coffee belt.

This South American Arabica blend’s inherent cereal character is an ode to harvest season. Into that smooth and familiar taste comes almond, touches of vanilla and a light fruitiness. A cornucopia of aromatics extols the abundance offered by both the forest and coffee trees.

ORIGIN
FOREST ALMOND FLAVOUR is the forager’s delight this season. We tucked a sweet, nutty flavour into this espresso’s South American Arabicas. Get ready to uncover almond notes marked by vanilla and a light fruitiness in our coffees’ smooth cereal character.
ROASTING
Split roast, the Brazilian coffee is lightly roasted to keep it smooth and with all its malted cereal notes intact, while the majority of the Colombian coffee beans get a short roast to release all their finer aromatics. A fine grind adds a glimmer of intensity to this harmonious coffee.
AROMATIC PROFILE
Where does the flavour end and the Arabicas’ aromatics begin? The espresso brims with almond aromas, sweet nuttiness, vanilla, and a light fruitiness.
