Nespresso Recycle Program Recovery Bag

This is a special bag to participate in Nespresso Recycle Program from your home. After signing up the form online, the carrier will visit your home to pick up the bag with used capsules.

In order to complete the pickup request, you will be required to fill in the customer number at Nespresso. If you are not registered yet, please register here.

Please be aware that this Recovery Bag is not the same bag for a collection point at Nespresso Boutique or other used capsule collection point.

Here is the steps to participate Nespresso Recycle Program:
1. Purchase Recovery Bag
2. Fill in the bag with used capsules up to the line written in the bag
3. Close the bag with zipper and fold the bag with tape attached
4. Fill in the required information in this form to request a pick-up
5. Receive an email confirming receipt of your participation
6. Hand it over to the carrier on the requested date and time
7. Receive a gift credit (900 yen worth) that you can use on the next purchase(The period of validity is six months from the date of grant.)
*Gift credits will be provided around the 15th of the following month and we will send you an email when it is done.
*If there is an error in the customer number entered, or if the volume of capsules are less than the specified amount, or if you do not follow the step above, we may not be able to grant you gift credits.
