What is a Easy-Order service?

Set up your order and Easy-order in just a few minutes. Receive your order automatically on a schedule and delivered straight to your door with free shipping (50 capsules or more).

Do I still benefit from promotional offers with Easy-order?

Depending on the schedule and conditions of the promotion, duplicate application may not be possible, so please check the promotion conditions. If it is not possible to overlap with coffee machine delivery, please order it as an standard order.

By when do I have to apply to receive the benefit of Easy-order?

Easy-order is a program that runs on an ongoing basis without a limited period of time.

Is there a minimum capsule requirement for a Easy-order?

You can place an order starting from a minimum of 50 capsules and enjoy free shipping benefits.

How do I confirm that the Easy-order was successfully submitted?

If the status is confirmed as “pending” on the ‘My Account’ > ‘My easy orders’ page, it means that your application has been successfully applied. It will be displayed as “pending” until payment is made on the delivery date.

Can I not order Nespresso machines or accessories?

Easy-order is only available for ordering the Nespresso capsule range and selected accessories: brown sugar, cantuccini, recycling bags and recycling bag collection. Nespresso machines and other accessories can be ordered separately.

Can I order Limited Edition coffees in my Easy-order?

Limited Edition coffees are not available on Easy-order as stock is available in limited quantities.

If you wish to order any limited edition capausles this will need to be placed in a regular order either online or over the phone, or you can purchase in any of our boutiques.

How do I modify or cancel my Easy-order?

You can modify or cancel your Easy-order anytime on the Nespresso website or mobile app.
Simply go to My Account, followed by 'My easy orders' > 'MAMAGE EASY ORDER' to find your settings and options.
You can modify the next scheduled date, delivery address and payment. You can also cancel your Easy order. (Before 17:00 on the day before the delivery date

What happens if an item in my Easy-order is out of stock?

If a product in your Easy Order is out of stock, you will be notified by email about the product that cannot be shipped.
If you change to another product on the Nespresso website or mobile app > My Account > 'My Easy Orders' page, it can be shipped normally on the designated date.

If you do not receive an Easy Order delivery notification email on the expected delivery date, you can log in and check the status of your order on the Nespresso website or mobile app > My Account > 'My Easy Orders' page, and if you need further assistance, you can contact the Nespresso Club (080-734- 1111) for inquiries.

When will i receive my Easy-order?

Delivery is carried out on the date specified by the member, and if delivery is made before 5:00 pm on weekdays, next-day delivery service is operated in Seoul and 6 metropolitan areas. However, if the delivery date falls on a holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day, and please understand that it may be delayed depending on the courier company's circumstances.

How will I know when my easy-order will be shipped?

Easy Order will start shipping (business days) on the date you specify, and you can check the shipping date in two ways..

1. You can check the shipping schedule on the Nespresso website or mobile app My Account > 'My Easy Orders'
2. 3 days prior to the shipment of Easy Orders products, you will be notified of the shipping schedule by email.

If I apply for Easy-order today, is it possible for it to be shipped today?

When applying for Easy-Orders, you can set the delivery date from the next day.

What is the reason for the 100 won payment when registering a credit card for Easy Orders?

When a member registers a credit card to order for Easy Order, 100 won is automatically charged to verify if the registered card is valid. The payment authorization is immediately cancelled as soon as the valid card is confirmed and the amount is not charged.
(* Easy Order payment can only be made with various card payments using prepaid card, debit card, credit card, etc. (processed immediately and the processing details are encrypted for security))

When does the payment for Easy Order take place?

If you order for Easy Orders, the payment will be automatically processed on the day of the scheduled delivery that you have designated.
(Payment will be processed between 3am and 5am on the day of delivery to ensure same-day shipping.)
However, if the delivery is on hold and the corresponding order cannot be shipped, the payment will not be made.

Can Easy-order only be used for card payments?

When applying for Easy-Orders, you can set the delivery date from the next day.

Can I return a product that I ordered as part of the coffee with Easy-Order?

You can return or exchange the product under the following circumstances:

1) If it is a case of simple change of mind, the product can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided that it remains unopened.
2) If the product is damaged during shipping.
3) If the product delivered does not match the original order.

However, please note that if a partial return results in not meeting the conditions for any discounts or promotions, the refunded amount may be adjusted to account for the discount, and shipping costs may be charged.

How can I apply for a recycling bag?

If you purchase 50 or more capsules with Easy-Order, we will provide you with one recycling bag along with the capsules. And if you purchase 100 or more capsules, you will receive two recycling bags as a standard offering.

How can I request recycling bag Pick-up?

To request recycling bag Pick-up, please follow these steps:
Go to the product list page for My Easy Orders ▶ Select the "Accessories/Recycling" tab.▶ Choose the option "Request Recycling Pick-up."▶ Select the quantity of Request Recycling Pick-up on each Easy-Order delivery date.

Recycling bags have been automatically added to my shopping cart, and I would like to remove them. How can I do that?

When you apply to our Easy-Order, we provide one recycling bag with the purchase of 50 or more capsules, and two recycling bags with the purchase of 100 or more capsules. These recycling bags are provided as a standard offering and cannot be removed from the order.

Error code 801 is displayed and the Easy-order application cannot be completed. How can I do?

When applying for Easy-Orders, you can set the delivery date from the next day.
