Q1. The main theme for the March coffee letter is new beginnings.
Have you started anything new recently?
I’ve been going to the local swimming pool every morning. It seems like my worries melt away when I’m near water. I also feel my body and mind slowly uncoil after the long winter, and I’m ready to welcome the coming spring when I swim.
Q2. What makes this coffee special to you?
The moment I saw the vibrant orange Inizio capsule, it reminded me of the African sun. I understood why they made the capsule orange after tasting it. It's warm like the morning sun and lingers like the evening sunset. I've completely fallen for Inizio.
Q3. Who would you recommend this coffee to?
I once recommended Inizio to a customer who loved Kenyan coffee and preferred soft, floral flavors. The moment you smell it, you’re greeted with a bright floral aroma. The taste is smooth, with a delicate acidity and a light cereal-like flavor, offering a refreshing and light spring-like experience.
Q4. Do you have a special twist when enjoying this coffee?
Do you know 'Mazagran'? It's a coffee with lemon and ice, originally from Algeria. It’s more famous as a Portuguese lemon coffee, but I prefer a version with sparkling water. It's a simple, refreshing drink, perfect for a lazy afternoon. Highly recommend it!
