The warranty period for household machines (coffee machines, Barista) officially imported and sold through the Nespresso business unit of Nestlé Korea will be changed as follows.

Purchased from 23 August 2022

Household coffee machines (coffee machine, Barista) – warranty period
If you register the product within 30 days of purchasing the machine, an additional 12 months of warranty is provided (total of 24 months).
* For household coffee machines (coffee machine, Barista) purchased from August 23, 2022, the changed warranty takes priority over the warranty described in the user manual

We’d like to extend our gratitude to our Members who continue to show your support and love to Nespresso. Nespresso Korea will make a deducted amount change in the No Trouble Found cases from 8th March 2021 in South Korea. If it turns out the machine does not need to repair after inspection, the amount deducted from the out of warranty cost shall be increased from KRW 5,000 to KRW 10,000. We have provided our repair services without any increase in repair fees but like most businesses, Nespresso Korea is also impacted by increased input costs of repair services. With all of this in mind, we decided to slightly raise the charge of No Trouble Found cases. so we can keep delivering the exceptional coffee and services our Members know and expect from us. We ask for your kind understanding for this inevitable repair cost increase, and Nespresso Korea is always committed to give our customers the highest quality, sustainable coffee and incomparable experiences.
