ROASTING
To create intensity and complexity, we use the split roast technique for this coffee. The first part consists exclusively of Arabicas and is roasted lightly. The second part is a mix of Arabicas and Robustas and is roasted darker for more body and roasted notes. It is slightly more intense than its Vertuo counterpart.
MILK DESCRIPTION
As a latte macchiato, the flavours become full and harmonious with grainy and nutty notes and a buttery texture.
